A Tailored Executive Offsite at the Epicenter of Global Innovation

A program for boards and senior leadership from the German Mittelstand who want to shape the technological shift for their company, not just watch it happen.

Agentic AI, autonomous processes, new forms of human-machine collaboration: value creation is being reorganized across every industry.
Not in five years – now. The companies setting their direction today decide whether they act in this new order or watch from the sidelines.

The technology is rarely the problem. The translation is: from impressive demo to defensible business case.
From copilot rollout to real change in the core business. And above all: from a picture of the future to a decision that holds up in tomorrow's management meeting. That's exactly where this program starts.

  • Sharpen your vision of the future

What will value creation in your industry look like in five years – and what role will your company play in it? Here you develop a solid picture of what you're steering your organization toward.

  • Make repositioning concrete

Pilot projects, partnership agreements, transformation roadmaps: the program is designed so that you take something tangible home.

  • Precision meets speed

German reliability is an advantage, not baggage. Combined with the Valley's responsiveness, it becomes something distinctive.

What you take away

  • Make sense of transformative technologies.
Practical insight into how autonomous systems, agentic AI, and data-driven decision architectures are changing organizations – and what of that transfers to your business model.
  • Evaluate new business models.
You'll see how disruptive developments open up new revenue models – and you'll validate with mentors which of them are realistic for your organization.
  • Complete the mindset shift.
Not as a poster in the conference room, but as a way of working: decide faster, test earlier, make mistakes cheaper. And as a shared language within the leadership team that holds after you return.
  • Build resilience.
You'll learn methods and tools that help organizations respond to uncertainty without losing their course: decision routines under uncertainty, portfolio approaches to innovation, and operational change processes that survive everyday reality.
  • Secure your competitive lead.
You join the front-runners in your industry – before the lead has been distributed.

Voices from the program

Knut Huberkant, Head of Innovation Lab, HIMA Group

"The program gave us the starting point we needed to successfully embed our planned innovation lab in the company. We managed to adopt the Silicon Valley mindset and build an innovation culture that drives our core business forward."

Magdalena Droppelmann, Department Head Corporate Sustainability, DACHSER

"The diversity and expertise of the mentors were a real source of inspiration for us. The 'homework' assignments let us deepen our understanding and put what we learned into practice. It definitely opened up a new perspective for us."

Denis Klaar, Leiter IT & Prozessmanagement, BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann GmbH

"The program vividly demonstrated the potential of digital twins, edge AI, and cloud solutions. One key insight was that technological innovation always goes hand in hand with a shift in thinking and a change in company culture."

Who is this program for?

6 to 12 people from one company – board members, management board, C-level, senior leaders, and heads of innovation.

The format works best when the people who travel are the people who decide afterward. This is explicitly not a sightseeing program but a leadership alignment: you come back with a shared picture of what your company does next.

Typical triggers: a new C-level appointment, a strategic repositioning, growing technology and competitive pressure – or an established annual board offsite that this year should actually move something.
