GACC West is continuing the “Future Female Innovation Leaders” program in 2026 – a format designed to support female founders from Germany in taking their startups to the next level with a Silicon Valley mindset. Following a successful launch last year, the program is once again looking for ambitious founders who want to scale their business model strategically and prepare for sustainable growth.
The program includes a 6‑week online entrepreneurship course with experts from Silicon Valley (max. 30 participants). The 12 most promising founders will also be invited to a one‑week immersion program in Silicon Valley with intensive exchanges on the ground. The focus is on practical training in sales and go‑to‑market strategies, effective pitching and fundraising tactics, as well as essential future and leadership skills for the next growth phase.
The program is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action within the ERP Transatlantic Program.
