Industry 4.0 is the digitalization of the manufacturing sector, in which big data, advanced analytics and the IoT are leveraged to make production smarter and faster, create better profit margins, and give companies a competitive advantage. Industry 4.0 is bound to change manufacturing significantly and as more smart manufacturing technologies are introduced, every company must act now to stay competitive. Germany plays a pioneering role in the realm of digitalization and the term Industry 4.0 is ubiquitous.
You are invited to Germany for this exclusive delegation trip:

  • Learn about the continually-growing digitalization of the manufacturing sector and how new and advanced technologies are making production more profitable.
  • Connect with industry stakeholders from German Industry 4.0 and advanced manufacturing organizations for an in-depth look into augmented reality, automation and international collaboration opportunities.

The trip will include site visits and networking opportunities and is a part of the Market Entry Program for small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), which is funded through a decision made by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi). The German American Chambers of Commerce (GACCs) are the cooperation partner of SBS systems for business solutions and are responsible for the acquisition and consulting of the US participants.
